Student Lesson Log

This log is to be kept by the teacher, initialed by the student and signed by the director for all lessons taught.

If the instrumental teacher needs scholarship reimbursement, the original signed and initialed log is to be submitted to the Fine Arts department for payment.

There are two versions; one with excel formulas built in and one without.

TMEA Liability Insurance Option

Current TMEA members may opt to carry the TMEA Educators Professional Liability Insurance for $30. This outlines the benefits of the plan. Please send proof of insurance in the form of the TMEA receipt to the Fine Arts Secretary annually.
